After his contract with Juventus expires on June, Del Piero was a while looking for a new club. He eventually anchored to Australia and joined Sydney FC. Two-year contract was already signed by the player nicknamed Il Pinturicchio it.
"I did not say goodbye to Italy, only to see you do a new adventure," he said on Football Italia.
"From the plane I will also ride any scent adventure."
"Let's see what will be given by this adventure., But it brings a lot of emotion for me. Emotion different and unique."
Del Piero played for Juventus since 1993. During the defense of the Bianconeri, he has given six Serie A titles and a Champions League trophy, plus a few other titles.
